Understanding the dose status indicators

Green (taken): All medications were taken on that day.
Red (not taken): No medication was taken on that day.
Orange (partial): Only some doses were taken.
Gray (pending): Not yet taken today.

When you expand a day card, you can see the exact time each dose was recorded. Multiple doses appear side by side.

Missed-day notes

If a day shows missed (✕) or partial (—) status, you can add a short note to record why.

  1. Open a past-day card with missed or partial status.
  2. A note field appears at the bottom of the card.
  3. Type your note and save. You can edit or delete it later.
Notes help you remember context — for example, if you were travelling, unwell, or changed your schedule.

How far back can you see?

★ 90-day history requires Premium
Dose counts are tracked by date. If you change a medication from twice daily to four times daily, earlier days keep the original count — past records are not retroactively adjusted.
