What the log shows
- Each day shows every medication and whether it was taken or missed.

Undoing a dose
- If you tap the medication button by mistake, you can undo within 30 minutes.
- Tap the medication button again while it is in the "taken" state to open the undo option.
- After 30 minutes the record is locked to protect your history.
Missed doses
- Kusuri Memo marks a dose as missed if the day ends without a log entry.
- Missed doses appear in the log so you have a complete picture of your history.
- The app does not allow backdating — each entry reflects when you actually tapped.
